March 2nd

my fitness goals for this contest are to:

add something other than running to my workout regiment
tone, especially my abs
eat less fast food and candy
remember to take my vitamins
drink more h2o

yesterday i ran 4 miles in 38 minutes and today i ran 1.3 in 11 minutes.
i also bought some grillers and apples.
my favorite ab workout dvd is out of commission due to major scratches.
i'll do 100 crunches today as a goal.
