NEW GOALS...

I'm ready to give this another try and really be a FAT LOSER...especially now more than ever since this time I haven't worked out or eaten healthy in months! Yay! I am excited.

Here are my new goals:

1. Stop eating cheese in every single meal.
(Literally, every meal had cheese in it! I <3 cheese! Eggs and cheese, cheese sammiches, cheesy chicken, string cheese, Ohhhh Gooood Bye String Cheese!!)

2.
Stop eating candy every day.
(I ended the streak last night with a half a big bag of swedish fish, a king size chunky bar, and fruity gummy sugar coated thingamabobs. Jon hid the leftovers at my request. I looked for them this morning and couldn't find them. Good job, JJ)

3. Exercise 3x a week.
This will be a big step since right now I am at 0x!

April 18th

Hi everybody! I mean, nobody since no one is doing this anymore! Haha! I have news: Jon got me a treadmill!! It is old and was free but it WORKS! I haven't really used it much yet because the weather has been so gorgeous....but soon when it's just too hot to run outside I'll be able to hop on. I'm happy about it!

Since Jon only has that one post, lemme tell everyone, we have been walking about a mile a day together after work which has been great. This week we missed Monday, but Jon worked his tail off during his baseball game Sunday so I let that day slide! We've both been eating okey dokey except for me. I am just addicted to junk food. I can't stop eating it. I even salvaged old girl scout cookies from the trash and ate them all! I regretted it.

April 11th

Since my last post, I have been the biggest slacker of all time. Jon and I have been way too busy to do anything healthy, and we've been eating fast food about 6 times a week! It's just so cheap and so good, and so close, and our kitchen has been so in boxes since the roommates moved out. (We refer to them as expletives nowadays, because they left us with a TON of work to do on this house as well as a few bills...)

The good news is, our house is really coming together nicely and soon we'll be spending a lot more time in it which means eating at home more! The OTHER good news is I decided to log in here while I wait for my ipod to charge so I can go for a jog! My first one in.....a month....? It's the perfect day and I can't wait to get out there!

March 28th

Hello everyone! I haven't worked out in a really long time due to another road trip! It's nearly impossible to eat healthy on a trip home! Fast food, ice cream, candy, YEAH that's what a trip home is all about! It was great. I did ride mom and dad's stationary bike for 20 minutes and that thing is niiiice!

Today I'll start back on Fat Losers. I haven't gained or lost weight since this started, but I've generally weighed between 115 and 118 since high school regardless of the various shapes my body has transmogrified into! Weight is just a number, as we all know! Right now I weigh 117 but I feel stronger than three months ago when I weighed 117...so that all obviously depends on many different factors. I say...base your ideal shape and weight on how you FEEL! If I gain 20 pounds and feel better than ever, then so be it! That's what I'm talkin' about! I am going to eat something really, really, really healthy now! Love y'all!!

Friday, March 16th

I haven't been running at all but I did 150 crunches the other day! It felt great. Then the other, other day I walked 3 miles with Karen. I've been eating healthier food such as soup. But I also ate a triple cheese bacon burger the other night with fries. I skipped dessert (YAY!) and that was very difficult. When I watch the baby sometimes during the day I get so hungry that I eat cheese and jellybeans to fill me up! Today I'm gonna bring healthy snacks so I can resist temptation.

Oh yeah~~our roommates are ALL moving out by April 1st and after that it'll be easier to reach for my yogurt which usually gets shoved to the back of the fridge behind truckloads of beer and seltzer water! I found sour cream of mine back there one day that I thought was cottage cheese....

March 12th

Good Morning! I just ran a little over a mile. I ate pretty healthy this weekend and I feel like I have more energy because of it. Except for the alfredo pasta from Outback and about a half a big bag of peanut m&m's. Other than that, and oh yeah yesterday I split a pizza with Jon....but...I still did better than usual overall believe it or not. I can't remember what else we ate. But the point is I feel healthier than the usual Monday. I'm trying to get in touch with my darling sweetheart sister KK, to see if she would like to join me for a friendly tennis match this lovely afternoon. She's so sweet!

march 9th

I ate 3 enormous blueberry pancakes for breakfast yesterday at Cracker Barrel! They were DE-LISH! I also ate a sandwich yesterday and then this chicken dish that Mike made that was so so good and tasted healthy but I am not 100% sure on that. He made rice pilaf from scratch which was cool.Oh yeah, and I ran like a mile. Today I ran almost 3! I found a shortcut to the tennis courts in our neighborhood. I want to do crunches but I never feel like it. If onlyI had an incentive other than that intangible badge.....
